A Deep clean will tackle all the grit and grime that exists in a home that has not been regularly maintained. As Floridians know, every home can be quite dusty. Clean Sweep requires a deep clean as the first visit, unless the home has been professionally cleaned in the last month. This is so that we are able to create that pristine, clean space that can then be maintained with regular recurring maintenance visits that occur at least monthly. Maintenance visits are continuously working to ensure all spaces have been addressed during the course of a month.
No. Clean Sweep will arrive with all of the cleaning materials we need and take them with us when we leave. We’re proud to use only all natural cleaning products, safe for children and pets. We bring our own mop and use a clean water mopping system to ensure we are not pushing around dirty water on your floors. We have our own vacuum, but will use your upright, if you have one. It is our goal to leave your home looking spotless.

Yes! In fact, we encourage it. Your preferences give us the structure we need to enhance your cleaning experience and ensure that you’re completely satisfied with the cleanliness of your home. In order to be sure that your preferences are recorded in your profile, we recommend that you call us directly. Our friendly office staff will be happy to update your profile with any long term needs so you don’t have to reiterate them every time we arrive. Clean Sweep will provide you with a Client / Cleaner Journal for communication between you and your cleaner. So, if you need to modify the service for a specific visit, or just want to leave a note for the cleaner you can do that in the journal.
Clean Sweep is happy to provide service once a week, every other week, every 4 weeks, or on demand, depending on your cleaning needs. You can also request housecleaning services for special events, as well as move-in and move-out cleaning assistance. Because we work on a no-contract basis, you can update or change your cleaning plan to fit your busy schedule, budget, and cleaning needs.
